The Missoulian asked a handful of former coaches to reminisce about their experiences in the annual Cat-Griz rivalry recently. It made for a rather entertaining write and read in the Brawl of the Wild tab that’s bound for your doorsteps this weekend the day of the 115th meeting between the Big Sky rivals.

But how can you cram decades worth of stories and observations into one story? There was bound to be some overflow that didn’t fit the narrative, so instead of hitting the cutting room floor, it’s hitting the web.
